What do Rob's Horticulture do?
Rob's Horticulture are the residential lawn & garden care specialists.
We help people by providing clients with regular programmed lawn & garden care services for their outdoor living spaces which are completed by a mix of qualified & experienced gardeners.

What positions are available?
Admin & management roles:
From time to time admin and management roles do become available. These roles deal in scheduling clients, taking phone calls, answering emails, adding new clients to the system, sending info to accounts etc
Operations managers are responsible for providing clients with quotes in their area, managing to Team leaders, and consulting with clients in regards to all service related matters.
Team leaders have completed all required on job training and now operate a company owned service trailer. Team leaders are responsible for the safe operation of the trailer along with completing all services assigned to them each day. Team leaders also train new team members and can manage multiple staff based on the size of their operation.
Team members are the newest recruits and where everybody begins. As a team member you will be trained by your team leader. You will also assist in the completion of services on a daily basis.
For team members who wish to advance from this role, career progression can see team members become team leaders or even gain employment in a management role.
